How I can help

Turn possibilities into
a plan for your business.

You do not have to change everything at once. We find a starting point that fits your goals, budget and team’s daily work.

01

Find the opportunities

Where can AI help you?

We look at recurring tasks, existing tools and your team’s questions. The result is a prioritised shortlist: what could reduce work, what is feasible, and what can wait?

02

Choose the tools

Right for the task. Right for the business.

ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude? We compare suitable options against your tasks, costs, data requirements and existing workspace. The application determines the tool.

03

Build team confidence

Learn by doing, together.

In a practical workshop, your team works on typical tasks from your business. We practise clear instructions, review results and develop reusable templates.

04

Make it part of the routine

From a first test to a clear workflow.

We agree who uses which tools, what data is suitable and where approval is needed. We assess useful integrations and automation against the effort and value involved.

Practical examples

What if your daily work
could be easier?

Six typical business situations. These scenarios illustrate possible applications and are not customer case studies. We test together which of them makes sense for you.

Email & inbox

01

Sort the inbox. Prepare replies. Save time.

Enquiries, orders and follow-up questions arrive in the same inbox. Your team has to read, route and often write similar replies to each one.

How AI can help
AI can sort messages by topic and urgency, route them to the right person and prepare replies using your approved information. Depending on your needs, replies stay as drafts for review or are sent directly for clearly defined routine cases.
How you control the workflow
You define which enquiries can be answered automatically. Complaints, unclear requests and individual commitments go to your team.

The potential valueA clearer inbox, faster responses and less repetitive writing.

Phone & availability

02

Take calls. Understand what customers need.

The phone rings while your team is in a meeting, with a customer or already busy. Callback requests then need to be gathered and followed up later.

How AI can help
An AI phone assistant can answer calls, handle common questions using your instructions and capture the request and contact details. With suitable integrations, it can also coordinate appointments or pass callback tasks to the right person.
How you control the workflow
The assistant introduces itself as AI. You define call rules, available information and when to transfer to a person or offer a callback.

The potential valueMore requests are captured immediately, and your team receives a structured call summary.

Quotes & orders

03

From a customer request to a ready-to-use document.

Customer requirements are scattered across emails and meeting notes. The same details then need entering again to prepare quotes and orders.

How AI can help
AI can summarise requirements, draft descriptions of work and prepare quotes or order documents using your templates. A suitable integration supplies approved customer, product and pricing data from your system. An accepted quote can then become an order with an order confirmation.
How you control the workflow
Prices, quantities, terms and delivery dates follow your approved rules. You decide which steps need approval and which can run according to predefined rules.

The potential valueLess duplicate data entry and a connected workflow from enquiry to order.

Meetings & follow-up

04

Finish the meeting with clear next steps.

Meetings often end without clear minutes or responsibilities, and there is little time to turn the discussion into something everyone can use.

How AI can help
With participants’ agreement, meetings can be recorded and AI can transcribe, summarise and organise the discussion. The result is a meeting summary, tasks with owners and deadlines, and an overview of open questions.
How you control the workflow
We clarify recording, data processing and access permissions in advance. The team checks decisions and tasks before sharing the result or transferring it to task management.

The potential valueLess manual note-taking and a shared record everyone can act on.

Inventory & sales analysis

05

Know what to reorder and how much.

Some products run out while others sit in stock. Sales figures, inventory levels and delivery times are considered separately.

How AI can help
AI-assisted analysis can combine sales trends and inventory levels, identify seasonal patterns and suggest reorder quantities. This helps reveal which products sell quickly and where stock is building up.
How you control the workflow
Recommendations take your minimum stock levels, lead times, minimum order quantities and budget into account. We review data quality and forecasts together; you approve the purchase.

The potential valueBetter-informed quantity planning and a clearer basis for purchasing and inventory decisions.

Customer presentations

06

Be prepared for the next customer meeting.

Product information, project details and figures are available, but assembling a presentation for a specific customer still takes time.

How AI can help
AI can tailor approved information to your customer’s questions, develop a clear structure and prepare slides with key points, comparison tables and speaker notes, using your existing presentation templates.
How you control the workflow
You define the audience, meeting goal and approved material. Figures, claims and customer-specific information are reviewed before the meeting.

The potential valueReach a relevant presentation faster and spend more time preparing for the actual conversation.

How we work together

Start small.
Make meaningful progress.

A good starting point is a real task. Your experience then guides what happens next.

  1. Listen & understand

Show me where work piles up, repeats or takes more effort than it should. We clarify goals, constraints and expectations.

Outcome: a clear picture of your starting point.

  2. Test one use case

We start with a manageable task and suitable sample data. You see the quality that is possible and where the limits are.

Outcome: a practical test you can evaluate.

  3. Bring the team along

We turn the test into clear templates, responsibilities and a workflow for everyday use.

Outcome: a documented workflow with review rules.

  4. Review value & improve

We compare time spent, rework and output quality with your previous approach. We expand what works and adjust what does not.

Outcome: an informed decision about the next steps.

A considered approach

AI helps.
You stay in control.

Good results need clear tasks, suitable data and people who apply their judgement. These three principles are part of the process from day one.

01

Use data thoughtfully

We clarify what data belongs in a tool, which settings are needed and when to involve your data protection lead.

02

Apply expert review

AI can make convincing mistakes. Sources, figures and claims are checked; accountable people make binding decisions.

03

Assess value honestly

We consider the whole effort, including setup and rework. What matters is whether a workflow actually gets better for your team.

Let’s get to know each other

Common questions

Good to know.
Before we start.

Who is this AI consulting for?

For small and medium-sized businesses, trades, service providers and teams that want to put AI to practical use. You do not need an IT department or a finished AI strategy. A recurring task or a specific question is enough to start.

Do we need experience or an AI subscription?

No. We start with your current knowledge and clarify what you need. Whether a free trial, a team plan or a custom integration is suitable depends on your tasks, required features and data requirements. Choose a subscription after assessing those needs.

Which is better: ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude?

There is no universal answer. Your tasks, existing software, output quality in a practical test and the terms of each plan determine the choice. I help you make that choice and develop useful ways of working.

How do we handle company data?

Before using AI, we clarify what information may be processed and which environment is suitable. This includes access permissions, settings, provider terms and, where needed, coordination with your data protection lead. Initial tests use anonymised or synthetic sample data wherever possible.

Can AI answer emails and calls directly?

Yes, with a suitable solution and clearly defined rules. For email, you choose between draft replies for review and automatic sending for approved routine cases. On the phone, an AI assistant can answer common questions, capture requests and transfer calls when needed. We agree what information can be used and when your team takes over, then test the workflow together before putting it into use.

What does consulting cost, and how do we start?

The effort depends on your needs: initial guidance, a team workshop or support with a specific process. Briefly describe the task and your team size. We then agree on scope, approach and a suitable proposal.

Is consulting available in person or online?

Both are possible. I support businesses in Aschaffenburg, the Lower Main and Rhine-Main regions in person, or work online with your team. The format depends on the task and what works for you.

Your next step

Which task takes
too much of your time?

Tell me about it. Together we will work out whether AI can help and what a useful first step looks like for your business.

A useful starting point: your industry, the task and how many people work on it.
